Indian meals, delicately seasoned for the Western palate are served by our in-house chef. Apart from the 'menu of the day', 'Ala carte' continental & other cuisines can be provided on request.
Policies
General
- Smoking - All indoor areas are non-smoking. Our smoking guests are welcome to smoke on the balconies & on the open terrace. Ashtrays are provided on request. Air freshener and incense are also provided in case any lingering smoke-y smell creeps into the house, so please respect our wishes to maintain a nice-smelling home.
- Children are welcome but must bring at least one well-behaved adult as chaperone!!
- Due to allergies some guests might have, pets are not welcome.
Mode of payment:
- We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard) at the property. For payments by credit card, a service charge of 2.5% is applicable. Cash payments are welcome.
- For long staying guests (10 days or more), one week's rent is payable in advance at check-in, and thereafter on a weekly basis in advance..
Reservation:
- For advance reservations we require a deposit of one room night's rent in advance through credit card, PayPal or via bank wire transfer to our bank account.
- We do not have the facility of taking guests’ credit card numbers in lieu of reservations.
Cancellation:
- No charge for cancellations prior to 7 days of check-in.
- 25% cancellation charge for cancellations between 2 to 6 days prior to check-in.
- 50% cancellation charge for cancellations between 1 to 2 days prior to check-in.
- 100% cancellation charge for no show on same day.
