Policies

  • Smoking - We provide a crystal ash tray on the balocony of the living room for our 'smoking guests'.
  • Children are welcome but must bring at least one well behaved adult as chaperone.
  • Due to allergies of the host, pets are not welcome.
  • We look forward to welcoming you to the best lodging in South Delhi.

Mode of payment:

  • We gladly accept payments by Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard) at the property. For payments by credit card, a service charge of 2.5% is applicable. Cash payments are more than welcome.
  • For long staying guests (10 days or more), one week's rent is payable in advance at check in, and there after on a weekly basis in advance

Reservation:

  • For advance reservations we require a deposit of one night's rent in advance through credit card, PayPal or via bank wire transfer to our bank account.
  • 100% advance for reservations made for the period of the Commonwealth Games from 1st - 17th October, 2010.

Cancellation:

  • 25% cancellation charge for cancellations prior to 48 hours of check-in.
  • 50% cancellation charge for cancellations prior to 24 hours of check-in.
  • 100% cancellation charge for no show on same day.
  • No refunds will be made for reservations made for the period of the Commonwealth Games in October

Discounts:

  • 10% off on all stays over 15 nights.

    The above discounts are not applicable on Summer Special Tariff, which are discounted rates.
